Much of my work draws on systemic coaching, organisational constellations, and leadership development, helping people see the wider dynamics shaping their challenges and opportunities.

I enjoy collaborating with thoughtful people who care deeply about the work they do and the impact they want to have.

My career has spanned the creative industries and the energy & sustainability sector, where I have held roles across leadership, sales operations, and organisational change. I discovered coaching and constellations in 2018 and have continued developing my practice ever since.

I have worked with leaders, teams, and entrepreneurs across a range of sectors including transportation & logistics, design, energy & sustainability, the built environment, startups, and education — and it would be great to work with you too.

Systemic Coaching & Organisational Constellations Practitioner
Training completed with Community of Learning, Practice and Innovation (COLPI) through The Whole Partnership, focusing on systemic coaching methods and constellation-based organisational insight.

Executive Coaching — Professional Certificate
Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School, focusing on coaching for leadership development, reflective practice, and organisational contexts.

Family Constellations Practitioner
Foundation, Applied and Advanced training in systemic constellations, including Couples Coaching, through The Centre for Systemic Constellations.

CliftonStrengths Coach
Accredited strengths coach through Gallup using the CliftonStrengths framework to support leadership and team development.

I  also have a degree in Interior Design, but that’s a story for another day.
