&collaboration

I love working with other people. LOVE IT. I get a buzz out of co-creating things with passionate people. Maybe you’re one of them? Here are some of the ways I am working with others.

Wai Consulting

Working together with Chiara, we bring you:

Wai Consulting — a systems-oriented consultancy supporting organisations with leadership development, organisational change, and strategic clarity.

Why Wai? Great question. In Māori it means water. In Cantonese it speaks to wisdom. In Thai it describes the respectful gesture of palms brought together in greeting.

Flow, wisdom, respect — and a question posed. What’s not to love?

We work with organisations on their big whys — helping leaders refine the questions that matter and supporting meaningful change with a practical, solutions-focused approach.

Our background is in coaching, systemic constellations, and organisational development, which we have found to be powerful ways of unlocking insight, shifting perspective, and creating flow within teams and organisations.

The Art & Practice of Circle

Circle facilitation training and practice offer a powerful way to host meaningful group conversations.

I love working with groups — especially when the conditions are right for people to think, listen, and create together.

Together with trusted collaborators Jamie & Quanita, I contribute to facilitation trainings, Circle practice gatherings, and systemic group work for coaches, consultants, facilitators, and leaders who want to deepen their ability to host meaningful conversations.

Much of this work draws on practices such as The Circle Way, Systemic Constellations, and participatory leadership approaches.

Join us for a two-day training for Facilitators, in person, Thursday 21st May & Friday 22nd May, 2026, St Ethelburgas, London

For those called to facilitate beginnings, thresholds and endings, with depth, maturity and care.

Patterns of Creation

Patterns of Creation is a programme exploring creativity through a systemic lens.

It looks at how ideas, stories, and innovations emerge within wider patterns of relationships, influences, and context. Rather than focusing only on individual talent or technique, the course helps participants understand the underlying dynamics that shape creative work — from developing ideas and crafting narrative, to collaborating with others and responding to the systems in which creative work lives.

Drawing on systemic practice and creative inquiry, Patterns of Creation offers a way of working with storytelling, narrative development, and creative problem-solving that recognises creativity as part of a living system. Participants learn to notice patterns, uncover hidden dynamics, and work more consciously with the forces that support or constrain the development of ideas. The programme is designed for writers, facilitators, leaders, artists, and innovators who want to deepen their creative practice and engage with storytelling and idea development in a more systemic, thoughtful way.
